Development of a visual identity system and promotional materials for a sci-fi book conference. Deliverables included a daily program guide, lanyard badge, and merchandise items such as bookmarks and stickers, chosen for their relevance to the reader community. The program was designed to be perfect bound, emulating the physical experience of a paperback book. Schedule and map pages were placed back-to-back near the front for easy reference and simultaneous use. Keynote speaker pages were treated as focal points, with additional whitespace around key elements to allow attendees to take notes directly on the page, eliminating the need to flip to a separate notes section. The overall design aimed to enhance usability while aligning with the theme and expectations of the literary sci-fi audience.
